Our Business Recovery Plan recognizes the need to establish comprehensive emergency and disaster recovery policies to protect lives, to minimize financial loss and to ensure the continuity of business operations. In the development of the plan, each application or operation in the Bank was evaluated and assigned a risk assessment that reflected how critical the application is to the Bank's operations. In addition, various types of "disaster risks" were identified and ranked according to the likelihood of occurring. Power failure, implied or actual terrorist threat, loss of key bank personnel, malfunction of computers and severe weather ranked the highest out of twelve major risks identified.
In this regard, we are pleased to inform you of the location and telephone numbers of the Bankers' Bank Northeast Business Recovery Site. In the event of an emergency, Bankers' Bank Northeast will relocate to a remote processing site located at 282 Scott Swamp Road in Farmington.
