Registration for BBN Hedging Solutions Seminar

Bankers' Bank Northeast, in cooperation with Chatham Financial and Wolf & Company, invite you to attend our educational seminar on interest rate swaps.
During this ½ day seminar you will learn what interest rate swaps can and cannot do for your institution.
Topics discussed will include both balance sheet hedging options and back-to-back borrower swaps, with a focus on utilizing a hedging solution to meet borrower demand for long-term fixed-rate loans.
You will learn which policies and systems need to be in place prior to entering into these contracts as well as how new Dodd Frank regulations have affected loan-level swaps. You will also learn how to evaluate and monitor counter-party risk.
Wolf and Company will provide an overview of accounting for these contracts and disclosure requirements.
Seminars will be conveniently offered in two locations: on the morning of Monday, June 10th in Cromwell, Conn., and again on the morning of Tuesday, June 11th in Framingham, Mass.

Rheo Brouillard Elected Chairman of Bankers' Bank Northeast
The Board of Directors of Bankers' Bank Northeast has elected Rheo A. Brouillard as chairman of the correspondent banking institution. Brouillard has been a long-time board member of Bankers' Bank Northeast, including serving on its Marketing and Personnel committees.
