Bankers' Bank Northeast's Board extended its participation in TAGP (Transaction Account Guaranty Program). This means that all non-interest bearing deposits will remain fully insured and guaranteed by the FDIC through December 31, 2010. Coverage in TAGP is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
