Richard L. Layman
Assistant Vice President / Senior Credit Analyst
 Rick Layman has over 20 years of financial experience with a concentration in
Commercial Loan Administration. He started his career in 1986 with United Bank and Trust as Collections Supervisor. In 1989 he went to Tolland Bank where he held the position of Collections Manager and later Commercial Loan Administrator. His most recent position from 2001 – 2007 was Senior Credit Analyst with the National Cooperative Bank in Hartford, CT.
Rick’s strong background in commercial loan
documentation, credit analysis and underwriting are instrumental in supporting the Bankers’ Bank Northeast’s community bank loan programs.
Rick received his A.S. degree in Business Administration and Finance from The New England Banking Institute.
