Disaster Recovery Process A review of the process required by Bankers' Bank Northeast for dealing with a Disaster Recovery situation in your institution. Discussion topics will include essential paperwork, as well as step-by-step instructions to ensure business continuity. Audience: Any individuals at your institution that will be conducting business in a Disaster Recovery situation.
Domestic Wires Do you know what information is required to process Domestic wires? If so, do you know why? This will be a review of the protocol and information needed to process Domestic wires through the STARS platform. Audience: Any individual who has the responsibility of processing or receiving wire information from your customers.
International Wires (USD & Foreign Currency) An overview of processing procedures and reporting functions of International wires through the STARS™ platform. Audience: Personnel responsible for processing or receiving information from your customers regarding International wires.
International Services (Foreign Currency, Cash Letter/Collection) A review of how to process foreign currency items on STARS including Foreign Cash Letter/Collection items, buying and selling Foreign Currency and ordering Foreign Drafts. Audience: Anyone at your institution that will be processing Foreign Currency services offered to your customer.
OnWe Adjustments A review of the procedures for processing OnWe® adjustment items through the STARS™ platform including obtaining the required information using the OnWe® console. Audience: Any individual tasked with processing OnWe adjustments in your institution.
Reporting Functions of STARS™ An overview of all the different reporting functions such as Live Position, Account Activity and Report Files including how to view, search and track transactions. Audience: Personnel responsible for balancing and tracking of activity through the institutions DDA account.
STARS™ Platform Overview A short refresher course on the overall system including a brief overview of how to navigate, standard reporting options and a very basic overview of tabs and their functions. Audience: New STARS™ access users, new hires, and anyone needing a quick refresher.
