Richard P. Neale
Vice President / Relationship Manager

Rick Neale has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry most of which were spent in correspondent banking. He started his career with the New Jersey Bank as an Assistant Vice President / Bank Manager and he later moved to Summit and Elizabeth Trust Company where he held the same position. He got his start in correspondent banking in with Midlantic National Bank where he was an Assistant Vice President overseeing the correspondent relationship of 40 banks.
Rick's next career move was with United Jersey Bank as the Vice President / Correspondent Banking Department Manager. In his position Rick managed a staff of 10 and his area worked with over 100 banks providing both non-credit and credit services. Over the next 15 years and due to various bank mergers Rick continued his career in correspondent banking taking on additional responsibilities with each merged bank. He was the Regional Vice President / Correspondent Banking at Summit Bank; Director of U.S. Correspondent Banking for New Jersey and Pennsylvania at Fleet Bank and prior to joining Bankers' Bank Northeast, Rick spent 6-years as the Director & Treasury Management Senior Sales Officer (U.S. Financial Institutions) at Bank of America.
Rick's strong correspondent banking career background includes extensive management, marketing and sales skills along with excellent credit and non-credit product knowledge.
Rick received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, he received a Graduate Lending Degree and a Graduate Banking Degree from National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma and the Stonier Banking School at Rutgers.
