Sue Salecky is Senior Vice President of Service & Sales at Bankers' Bank Northeast in Glastonbury, CT. Sue joined BBN in April 1998. Since then she has taken on tasks of increasing responsibility and importance within the organization. As the Bank has grown, Sue has been unwavering in her commitment to serve the best interest of its client financial institutions.
Currently, Sue is responsible for overseeing the Marketing, Client Services group and Relationship Managers. It is her duty to create a cohesive mix of personnel to ensure the continued growth and expansion of the Bank while maintaining unmatched levels of service and dedication to the Bank's client institutions – components that have become hallmarks of Bankers' Bank Northeast and are a testament to Sue's belief in the bankers' bank concept.
In addition to that, new product and service training as well as any ongoing training initiatives performed on-site, via conference calls or web-based are all managed under her direction. Sue and her team also create and generate cost-benefit analysis spreadsheets for new service proposals, contract and account document administration, and client billing. She is responsible for ensuring that the Bank's third-party alliance partners deliver services to our clients as promised.
Prior to joining the Bank, Salecky served as Branch Operations Administrator for Glastonbury Bank & Trust where she managed branch operations and the bank's training program. Sue earned a Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Sue also serves as an active council member for the Center for Financial Training Banker's Forum.
