Sue Salecky has over 15 years experience in retail banking and branch operations.  Sue brings a wealth of knowledge regarding community-banking issues from the retail and operational level. 

Sue joined the Bankers’ Bank Northeast in April 1998 and her primary responsibility was to implement the Bank’s coin & currency service.   As Bankers’ Bank Northeast has grown, Sue has taken on many additional responsibilities to meet the increasing needs of its client banks.  As its Vice President / Director of Client Services, Sue is responsible for ensuring that the products and services that Bankers’ Bank Northeast provides are meeting the needs of its clients.  With a growing roster of services available to its clients, there is no shortage of work.  As the main contact with community banks, she ensures that the services implemented runs smooth and meets the clients’ expectations. 

Sue provides support to the Bank’s sales staff, including operational expertise, cost-benefit analysis for new service proposals, contract and account document administration, and client billing.  She also acts as the liaison between the Bank’s third-party strategic alliance partners and the client banks to ensure the Bank’s partners deliver a high level of expertise, technology, and commitment to perform at the highest standards for our client banks.  

Sue obtained a Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut, is a Board Member for the Center for Financial Training Bank’s Forum, and is currently attending the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
