Susan W. Salecky
Senior Vice President
Director of Client Services
Sue Salecky has over 25 years experience in branch operations and administration. As Branch Operations Administrator for Glastonbury Bank & Trust Company, Sue supervised and trained tellers, customer service representstives, and managers while also working closely with vendors and regulators.
Sue joined Bankers’ Bank Northeast in April 1998; her first task was to convert clients to Bankers' Bank Northeast's coin & currency service. Sue has taken on many additional responsibilities as Bankers' Bank Northeast grows to meet the increasing needs of its client banks.
As its Senior Vice President / Director of Client Services, Sue is responsible for ensuring that the products and services that Bankers’ Bank provides meet the needs of its clients. Sue and the client services team are the primary contact for community banks when implementing new services and ensuring the delivery of all services run smoothly. Additional new product training, either on-site, conference calls or web-based and all future training needs is performed under Sue's direction.
Sue is involved in the behind-the-scenes work as well by providing technical and operational support to the Bank's Relationship Managers and assisting with senior management presentations. Sue and her team create and generate cost-benefit analysis spreadsheets for new service proposals, contract and account document administration, and client billing. She is responsible for ensuring that the Bank's third-party alliance partners deliver services to our clients as promised.
Sue obtained a Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut. Sue serves as a council memeber for the Center for Financial Training Bank’s Forum, and is a graduate of the American Banker's Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
