Announcing Our New Location!
Bankers’ Bank Northeast is pleased to announce that we will be relocating our corporate office on January 23, 2012 to 43 Western Boulevard, Glastonbury, CT 06033-4338. This new location will increase our office space by about 4,000 square feet and gives us what we need to meet our current and future growth expectations. Please remember to update your records accordingly, especially for any items mailed directly to BBN such as Foreign Cash Letter items and Bond Coupons.
Comprehensive Financial Planning
Bankers' Bank Northeast has formed a strategic alliance partnership with Baystate Financial Services (Baystate). Baystate offers a proven "solutions based life-stage strategy" program for community financial institutions and their customers. Their approach to financial planning is very different from other "similar" programs and offers a higher revenue stream to a participating community financial institution.
IT Help Desk
This service is not meant to replace your existing IT Manager or other IT staff but rather to complement their needs on a case by case basis. The objective is to provide a solid resource when needed. This could be due to vacations, illness, during a major core conversion, between replacement hires or for any number of other critical events that might occur.
ACH Late File Release
With this enhancement, clients using the STARS™ platform for sending ACH origination files will be able to submit ACH files until 6:30 p.m. EST for same day release to the Fed. A late file daily release time of 6:50 p.m. EST was implemented in August 2011.
Late Wires Enhancement
With this enhancement, clients are able to process domestic wires until 6:30 p.m. Clients will be required to maintain a predetermined amount in their account equal to or greater than their daily wire activity. The minimum daily activity wire amount to participate in this service is $200,000. Wires in excess of this amount will not be released.
ACH Origination File Scheduling (Calendaring)
This enhancement offers clients the ability to support the automatic release of ACH origination activity templates without manual intervention. Through the use of calendaring, clients can create specific release schedules for recurring ACH origination files. Scheduling is not available for uploaded files. Future dated uploaded ACH files are eligible for ACH warehousing.
